While you receive a license to use and share the generated song for personal purposes, Songs.Gift and its technology providers retain ownership of the technology and processes and certain generated assets as permitted by law.
You are responsible for the stories and details you provide. You represent that you have the right to share this information and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your order.
Songs.Gift is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
